Yoga poses

Body and mind are interrelated. We should always keep our body fit, which in a way helps us to remain mentally fit as well. The practice of Yoga Exercises means practicing both - your body and your mind.

It takes self-will and persistence to execute each Yoga Pose and to practice it regularly. But the prize for your consistency is really worth all the hard work.

The practice of Yoga Exercises or Yoga Asanas with your yoga blocks can improve your health, augment your resistance and develop mental awareness – keeping you fit in all possible ways.

Doing the Yoga Poses, you should have your own yoga kit and make sure you study each pose and execute it slowly as you control your body and your mind.
