  • Choose a clean, airy, spacious, bright place and less disturbing place for Yoga practice.
  • It is better to practice Yoga on a mat or carpet
  • Wear clean and comfortable clothes. Do not forget inner wears.
  • Some Yoga exercises should be avoided during menstruation and advanced stage of pregnancy.

Problems faced by Yoga starters:

  • Some of the beginners try to find improvement just after a couple of days; it is useless, so have patience.
