Different yoga poses for pregnant women


Butterfly pose:

First sit against the wall and stretch your feet easily in front of your body. Till you are feeling a mild stretch in the inner thighs, bring the feet towards you. For more support, place a cushion under each knee. For up to 10 min you can practice this pose. With this yoga pose you can improve the strength of the joints of the pelvis, it stretches your inner thigh and increases strength of body.

Cat and dog stretch:

Keep your hands under shoulder and knees under hips. While exhaling and inhaling process practice this pose which is beneficial in reducing the pressure of a heavy uterus off the low back, pelvic floor. It also heals backache and any other associated pain.
