Healing yoga for torn ligament or cartilage
Seated twists provide painless range of movements and helps releasing the tension near the hips. All you have to do is stand tall and hug your sore knee o the chest. Bring the knee closer and hold it tight. Place one hand on the sore shin and the other on your knee. Flex your feet in order to create an alignment between your knee, ankle and foot. Along along the posture keep your back straight. A right posture is the only trick to proper healing. Repeat the same for the other leg too. No damage does not mean that you exercise only with one leg. Your breathing should be deep and regular. Healing yoga requires the balance of breath and also an efficient posture.
Healing yoga for sprained ankle
Bend your knees till you can bear the pain and stiffness. You can hold a door knob or the back of a chair for support. Lean slightly towards the back and rise on your toes keeping the rest of the posture intact. Bring your knees together and push your posterior towards the heals. Stand again and repeat the entire exercise at least five times.
Healing yoga for lower back strain
Place your hands on your hips and one foot on the mat with your toes forward. The back leg should be a few feet behind with your toes bend outwards at a 45 degree angle. Turn your hips forward and breathe deep. Fold forward as you breathe out. Keep the back straight and rise. Perform this one five times.
Healing yoga for a torn rotator cuff
Take four feet forward with your uninjured leg. The back foot should be turned at a 90 degrees angle. Bend the leg forward with a proper alignment of your knee and heal and place your elbow on the thigh that is bent. Move your chest outwards. Draw your shoulder blades and extend he injured arm upwards with the palm facing forward.
