Such a body posture is tree pose or “Vrkassana” which works exceptionally in enhancing the strength of your leg. It also provides strength to the calf muscles and makes it so flexible in improving body balance. You may also practice the fish pose by lying down on the floor on your back. You will have to lie down while arching the back and it contributes in great way to improve the balance of the spine.

Now bend little forward concentrating on your feet and ankle. You can realize the reaction on your muscle. Now again bend slightly but this time into backward position.
