  • Clenched Smile: This facial yoga pose help in increasing blood circulation and reliving stress and tension. Grit teeth and open the lips as wide as possible. Try to feel lips, chin, cheek and stretch to is limit. Hold in that position and release.

  • The Lion: Open your mouth as wide as possible and say “ahhhh”. Also open the eyes wide and look in upward position. Repeat this pose fir three to four time. This pose helps in relieving the tension in face and throat, improves blood circulation and stimulates eye sight.

  • Pinching the cheeks: Pinch the cheeks gently by grabbing flesh and squeezing them. It helps in improving the blood circulation.
