Soapwart Shampoo Ingredients

  • 1 ½ Tablespoons of Dried and Chopped Soapwart Root (Found in health food stores)
  • 2 Cups of Distilled Water
  • 2 Teaspoons Lemon Verbena (You can also use 2 teaspoons of Catnip)

Soapwart Shampoo Preparation

  1. Boil the water first and then add to it the soapwart roots.
  2. Let the mixture simmer on heat for around 20 minutes.
  3. Remove the mixture from the heat and let it cool completely.
  4. Strain the mixture to obtain the liquid.
  5. Use the liquid on your hair like a normal shampoo.
  6. You can store the rest of the liquid for future use but you should not keep it for more than 8 to 10 days.
