Qigong
The word Qigong means a combination of two ideas. The word “Qi” (which means air) and “gong” (which means the skill of self-discipline and achievement) combines to form Qigong. Qigong is practiced through meditation sessions, relaxation therapy, mind-body integration, physical movement, and deep breathing exercises. With regular practice of Qigong, you are likely to develop an awareness of qi sensations in your body.

Qigong Massage on the Face:
For Qigong massage on the face, you need to work on certain important points. The knuckles on your thumbs have to be used for this. Your hands should be kept in a loose fist, and tips of your thumbs have to be captured by your pointing finger, in such a way that the thumb knuckle is bent, pointing toward your face.
