1. Shimmers can be used both at day as well as in the night. But if you are wearing a black elegant dress, be free enough to use shimmers on more parts of your body and face. 3. The best of places to use shimmer is the inner corners of the eyes and you can blend it over the lids. It can also be used underneath the brow bone area and on the cheeks. Do not ever try to apply shimmer under your eyes & in your eyelid crease.
   
   
4. The best tip that can be given is opt for the right color suiting your skin color. Those who are fair complexioned, can try all types of shimmer colors but those who are dark-skinned, choose the color appropriately.

Talking about glitters, it gives a classic look to your eyes. If you have some big event planned already, innovate with different glitter colors like iridescent green and bright gold. Bronze glitters are always a hot favorite.

Tips to use Glitter

To make your eyes stand out among that glitter package, use a black or dark brown eyeliner.

Dab on some Vaseline on the place where you want to put on the glitter – it should be applied all over the eyelids, till the brow and also on the cheekbones.
