  • Exercise for quadrips: This involves standing on shallow deep water with your arms bent and your feet wide apart. Bending your knees to a squat position while keeping your back arched are the key steps that needs to be followed.
  • Exercise for hips: Hold onto the edge of the pool with both hands. Keeping your back straight slowly bring one leg onto your side. Breathing is an important thing that needs to be considered.
