Protein- Children should also get sufficient amount protein. Thus a growing child should eat one egg, one or two pieces of chicken or fish and some dairy products including cheese and panner.
Fat – Its presence is very important in a child’s diet. Children should also have fat in sufficient amount. Thus give your child butter toasted breads, eggs, cow milk and sometimes a delicious ice cream.
