Ingredients
  1. Olive oil ( two table spoon)
  2. Celery ( one cup)
  3. Chopped carrots( one cup)
  4. Chopped broccolis( one cup)
  5. Chopped onions ( one cup)
  6. Two cups of boiled chicken
  7. Chicken stock
  8. Lemon juice( ¼ cup )
  9. Garlic ( chopped one tablespoon)
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Pepper
How to prepare
Heat the oil in a pan. Now add onion, garlic, celery, carrot and broccoli. Cook for fifteen minutes until all the vegetables become tender. Now add chicken pieces and cook for a minute. Pour the chicken stock. Add salt. Leave it for ten minutes in a medium heat. Now pour in a soup pot. Add a pinch of pepper and serve it hot.

Risks of chicken soup diet


However there are also some risk factors associated with this diet. This diet does not allow the dieter to eat various kinds of foods. Thus a different kind of mal-nutrition may occur.
