Origin of Caveman diet


This diet is also referred to as the Paleolithic diet. This era indicates the time period around 10,000 years ago. This period saw our ancestors as only hunters and gatherers. The food that they ate was normally found in the wild, with fruits and vegetables that were grown locally. All the food items which were eaten during this time were raw. There were no dairy products which could be eaten.
