This is the dietary system suggested only for the obese people who have a metabolic disorder which is the addiction of carbohydrate. The system lessens the addiction and gives an overall nutrition to those people. Within a few years the theory became very popular and largely accepted by the people of the United States.

Rachel and Richard are the American scientists who were working on nutrition. They published a book on a special dietary system. The main aim of the system is to balance the insulin level as well as reduce the addiction for the carbohydrates. During the first two weeks, two complementary meals are offered to the dieters. It includes three to four ounces of fish or meat, one or two ounces of cheese and some salads of green raw vegetables. For the third meal they can have anything they want. This meal can be taken during the breakfast, lunch or dinner. The people who are on diet can’t eat carbohydrate enriched foods. It reduces weight and gives anybody a healthy body.
