Description of British Heart Foundation Diet
One has to follow this diet plan religiously for the span of three days. If only you follow it strenuously, you can loose ten pounds. There are variations of this diet –where one can include crackers or sausages.
The meal of the three days is separate for all the three days. The measurement of all the food items is specified in ounces. To follow it religiously, you need a kitchen scale to accurately measure the weight of the food. The dieter shall have to drink at least five eight-ounce glasses of water every day.
