Bodybuilding Diet basics
This dietary system suggests you to eat carbohydrate, fat, protein and vitamins in sufficient quantity. If you want to go for a body building diet then must follow the subsequent instructions:
- Drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of water daily.
- Eat fresh fruits and green vegetables in plenty. Try to add all the seasonal fruits in your diet.
- Try to include grains, seeds and nuts in your meals.
- Try to avoid sugar and sugary foods. Be conscious and don’t include much saturated fat in your meal.
- You must stay away from smoking.
- Alcohols and caffeinated beverages must not be taken.

Bodybuilding Diet plans
You must include the following foods in your body building diet plan.
- Egg whites: Egg whites provide proteins in sufficient amount. Egg yolk also consists protein but it increases the cholesterol level. Thus it would be better not the take the yolk and only eat the white portion. You can take egg white of two or three eggs and make a scramble of it. Take it with slices of toasted bread. It will make your meal tastier without compromising the health.
- Oatmeal: You also need a sufficient amount of carbohydrate along with protein. Thus include oatmeal in your lunch or dinner. You can cook it along with skimmed milk. Add a table spoon of honey to make it tastier. However you must not add sugar.
- Flaxseeds: Flaxseeds must be included in a body builder’s diet. It is enriched with omega-3 fatty acids and fiber. Thus take some flaxseeds and grind it in a mixer. Spread it in your vegetable salad.
- Green vegetables: Green vegetables can be taken both in raw and boiled. Leafy vegetables can give you sufficient amount of Vitamin C, potassium, fiber and folic acid. Thus make a delicious salad with some green leafy vegetables and have it with bread slices.
