Beverly Hills Diet

The Beverly Hills Diet is mainly a diet book that was in the beginning published in 1981 by Judy Mazel. After that, the book has been revised and re-released. The rechristened name of the book is the New Beverly Hills Diet.

The Beverly Hills diet is based on a theory. The theory states that the body requires enzymes that are there in certain food items. It is required to digest the food properly. If the food you eat is not properly digested, it turns into body fat. Metabolism doesn’t occur properly if the food is not digested.
