  • Take lots of fresh fruits and green vegetables daily. They are sources of vitamin C and potassium.
  • Include some healthy fat in your meals including olive oil. Use olive oil when making soups.
  • Eat some whole grain foods which are rich in fiber.
  • Drink lots of water daily, at least 8 to 10 glasses.
  • You can take four to five cups of black tea per day.

  • Try to avoid coffee and drink tea instead of it. However, you must go for a black tea.
  • Try to include lots of vegetable protein instead of animal protein in your diet.
  • Never use vegetable oil in your cooking. You must replace it with olive oil.
  • Try to avoid saturated fat. Dairy products should also be avoided. However, you can drink skimmed milk.

  • Blueberries: Blueberries are suggested to take in plenty in an anti-inflammation diet as they can reduce inflammation. You can have it during the breakfast and lunch. Take it as fruits or make a juice with some fruits. They are just healthy.

  • Green salad: Make a delicious green salad with the use of spinach, cabbages, lettuce and calcium. Add tomatoes in the salad. They are very healthy providing sufficient amount of vitamin c and antioxidants which lessen the inflammation.

  • Cherries: Cherries also reduce inflammation. You can have it anytime. They are also rich in antioxidants.

  • Turmeric: Turmeric also has an anti inflammatory compound. Add a pinch of turmeric powder when cooking a soup or a vegetable broth. You must have it daily.

  • Garlic and Ginger: Garlic and ginger also have strong natural anti inflammatory compounds. Thus include them in your meal on a regular basis. Have them in the form of paste. You can use the pastes in your soup and chicken preparations.
