- Avoid junk or spicy food and try to include more baked and smoked food in your daily meal.

- Drink lots of fluids including fruit juices and water. Drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of water daily.
- Smoking and excessive intake of alcohol must be avoided.
- Don’t give a huge time gap between the breakfast and lunch as well as lunch and dinner. You can also take some light snacks during the evening.

An anti aging breakfast should be started with a cup of black coffee or tea. The other essential items are one apple, two toasted brown bread slices, and one glass of blueberry juice. A strawberry juice can also be taken instead of blue berry.

An anti-aging lunch must include lots of boiled green vegetable. Spinach makes the eyes shining. Some other vegetables including lettuce, broccoli and cabbages are also suggested to take in plenty. Here is a healthy recipe of soup which can be included at lunch along with breadsticks. It is very light and keeps you fit and fine.
Ingredients
- Two cups of boiled chicken
- Green peas of one cup
- One onion chopped
- One garlic chopped
- One tablespoon of ginger chopped
- Chicken stock
- Olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper
Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic, ginger and onion. Stir until they become slightly brown. Now add peas and cook for two minutes and then add chicken pieces. Stir and leave it for two minutes in a medium temperature. Pour chicken stock. Cook it for three to four minutes. Now add salt and pepper. Wait for a minute. Now pour this soup in a soup pot. Add a teaspoon of butter. Serve it hot.
