What would a 3 hour diet do?
The basic condition of a 3 hour diet is that you should eat in an interval of three hours – that makes it at least five times in a day. The snacks and the meals that are included in the 3 hour diet are according to the norms specified by Cruise. What is the basic reason to eat so frequently? It doesn’t allow the body to go into the starvation mode, which is the most important of all.
As you go into the starvation mode, the body retains the fat and burns the muscle. Another reason to eat frequently is to lower the stress hormone level. If you eat frequently, the metabolic reactions of your body shall be reset – only speeding up the metabolism and helping in burning the body fat.

On an average, the meals that you take every three hours should be of 400 calories and should comprise the four essential elements.
