3 Day Diet




3 day diet is made just for three days. It is applied only when a quick weight loss is required and it is generally applied for the military and medico persons. Strictly following this chart you can lose up to 10 lbs weight. However you have to follow each step. Thus, if you want to look more gorgeous and smart in your upcoming party, then follow this regime. If three days are left, then start from now on. You will definitely be benefited.

3 day diet general instruction


Everyday you have to wake up early in the morning and go to bed earlier as well. No diet pill should be taken during these days. Moreover you have to drink at least 10-12 glasses of water daily. You must stay away from smoking or alcohol when in diet.

First day diet plan


  • Breakfast –Start your day with a glass of lukewarm water and then get ready for the breakfast. Your breakfast should start with a cup of black coffee or tea. You must consume it without sugar or a little sugar. A half boiled egg, one toast along with a glass of grapefruit juice must be there.

  • Lunch – Your first day lunch should be started with a cup of tuna and a slice of toasted bread. You must end it up with a black coffee with a little sugar.

  • Dinner –Your dinner dish should be full with one hotdog or two beef franks and one ripe banana. You must also include one cup of chopped cabbage and carrot in your lunch. One cup black coffee or tea can be taken at the end.

Second day diet plan


  • Breakfast –Again start your day with a glass of lukewarm water and then a cup of black tea or coffee. One boiled egg and one slice of toasted bread should also be there. End it up with a glass of grapefruit juice.

  • Lunch – You must complete your second day lunch with a toasted slice of bread, one full boiled egg and a cup of black coffee or tea.

  • Dinner –You must include some beef or chicken along with a cup of green beans and carrots in your dinner. You must eat an apple at your dinner. Finish it with a delicious vanilla ice-cream.

Third day diet plan


  • Breakfast –Like previous days, the third day breakfast should also be started with a black coffee or tea. You must complete it with salty crackers, cheese and a medium size apple.

  • Lunch – Your third day lunch must be completed with a cup of tuna fish, crackers and a cup of black coffee or tea.

  • Dinner –In your dinner you must include a cup of tuna fish, one cup of chopped melon and broccoli and one vanilla ice cream. Instead of vanilla ice-cream you can take one black coffee if you don’t have a sweet tooth.
