Besides, a conditioner also balances the lost moisture and prevents hair dryness.

Types of Hair Conditioner

There are different hair conditioners for different types of hair. Specially formulated oil-free conditioner is for oily hair, protein conditoner is meant for damaged and intensive moisturizing conditioner is for dry and brittle hair.

Conditioners with oatmilk, wheat germ oil, mimosa and ylang ylang is good for dry and damaged hair. Besides, it is also good for colored hair. However, other people with normal hair can also use this hair conditioner. Rosewood and clary sage conditioner is best suited for oily hair. It reduces the secretion of sebum on the scalp and makes the hair clean, fresh and shiny.

If you have normal hair, you can use hair conditioner enriched with fruit protein. Conditioners with berry tea, orange extracts, grapefruit, sugar beet and mint suits the normal hair type.

There are special voluminizing conditioners to help with the appearance of the hair and also provides body to the hair. Then there are detangling conditioners and acidifier conditioners. These conditioners can be used by all hair types.

Application of Hair Conditioner

It is extremely important to know the way to apply hair conditioner on your scalp. For this, it is necessary that you follow the directions on the bottle of the conditioner. Generally, you should take a small amount of conditioner on your palm, rub together and apply on the hair shaft and its ends. However, you should never put a glob of conditioner on the hair directly.
