In its first issue itself, Bibi was publicized all over the US by mega-chains such as Borders. With the issue of the second edition, other book retailers like Barnes and Noble cashed in on the popularity of this magazine, and made the magazine available in 40 US states as well as a limited distribution in Canada, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, and the UK. In 2003, Bibi was given a new look, and this doubled the circulation of this popular fashion magazine.

In 2007, Bibi Magazine decided to cash in on the tremendous reach and popularity of the internet, and gave its website, a fresh look. The website has been awarded the Golden Web Award for 2003.

Already an established leader in the South Asian publishing market, Bibi introduced its fashion line at BibiBazaar.com in the year 2006. It has also expanded its ventures to form a public relations wing under the name Bibi PR.
