Rocky S

Rocky S has earned a name for himself as one of India's coolest fashion designers. With a client list that includes the most of the heart throbs of India's youth, Rocky S is here to stay. Although he hailed from a commerce background, Rocky S aspired to become a fashion designer. From early childhood,he had a desire to pursue something creative and artistic. With this in mind, he enrolled himself with the famous J.D. Institute of Fashion Designing. Soon after, he joined the fashion store "Roopam" as a designer. Encouraged by his initial success as a designer, Rocky S decided to work for the highly lucrative Indian film industry.

He made his mark by designing his first set of costumes for the rising star Akshay Kumar. His collections were praised by all which presented a sense of freshness in the industry. Almost immediately, Rocky S found himself to be a busy dress designer with calls and enquiries flooding in, inviting him to design for various new film projects. He has the credit of designing costumes for prominent Indian film actresses like Rekha, Raveena Tandon, Sridevi, Manisha Koirala and Shilpa Shetty. At present, he is designing for Bollywood actors like Amisha Patel, Aftab Shivdasani, and Hrithik Roshan.

Encouraged by his success in the film industry, he set his goals to even higher levels. He decided to diversify his efforts towards commercial costume designing. After selecting a suitable location at Juhu, in Mumbai, he opened his retail store and named it "Rocky S." His store has been very successful in providing a range of exclusive dresses for both men and women.
