Ashley Fuller Olsen was born on June 13, 1986. Ashley Olsen is an American fashion designer cum entrepreneur as well as an actress. The Row, the luxury brand of Ashley Olsen was formed in the year 2006. She co-designs Elizabeth and James along with Mary-Kate Olsen, her twin sister.
Career of Ashley Olsen
Ashley Olsen’s career began at the mere age of nine months. It was in 1987 that she and her sister Mary-Kate had been hired for sharing the role of Michelle Tanner on the popular television series Full House.
Following Full House series, Ashley came out with a host of successful straight-to-video movies. She became a popular face in the preteen market in the late ’90s and early 2000s. She became a household element – going in tandem with her likeness for clothes, books, fragrances, magazines, movies and posters. Even fashion dolls of Ashley Olsen were made by Mattel from 2000-2005.

It was in 2004 that Ashley made her appearance along with her twin sister in the theatrical light-hearted romantic comedy, New York Minute. It also starred Eugene Levy. This book contained interviews of a lot of creative and influential people which included Karl Lagerfeld, Terry Richardson, Diane von Furstenberg and alike.
The duo of Ashley and Mary-Kate went on to become the CEO of their company Dualstar which was created in 1993. This was after the success of Full House. Dualstar is presently selling in more than 3,000 stores in America and 5,300 stores globally.
Their initiation in career was as young girls – with clothing line in Wal-Mart stores all across America meant for girls aged 4-14. They also had a beauty clothing line known as ‘Mary-Kate and Ashley: Real fashion for real girls’.

Her creations have always been popular, but she was the centre of criticism for quite some time because of the usage of fur. It was in 2006, that she was listed on PETA’s 2006 Worst Dressed list for wearing fur.
