In course of time he achieved great success in his mission. Keld started his career in the fashion industry at a young age. He used to work in a fashion house in Asia. He was the production Manager and thus was closely involved with the designing and manufacturing. After working for a couple of years he decided to establish his own brand. Thus Day Birger et Mikkelsen was launched. He along with his designer friend Malene Birger established this company. Today it has got several stores all across the world. Currently Michala Weisneck is the main designer of the brand
