How do you define a fashion capital? A fashion capital is a place which influences the fashion statements of the mass across all locations and a location for which fashion is the major deciding factor. Many top fashion designers, modeling agencies, key fashion people would love to live in a fashion capital.

There are namely four main traditional fashion capitals –
  1. Milan – Milan is located in the north of Italy. This city houses approximately 1,308,500 inhabitants. This fashion capital has always been in the limelight for its stylish residents. They have abundant shops where visitors have always followed the latest trends. If you are on the watch out for exclusive as well as expensive fashionable items, the must visit for you is Via della Spiga.

Considering all these elements, you can easily say that New York is the fashion capital (in a city that never sleeps).
