The Supermodel of the World contest is one of the biggest model hunt contests of the world. Some of the participating nations in the international model hunt contest are Canada, Norway, Spain, Australia, Germany, Denmark, South Korea, Netherlands, Belarus, Brazil, Ukraine, Lithuania, Russia, United Kingdom, Portugal, Hungary, Chile, Czechoslovakia, Sweden, and United States.

Sanne Nijhof was crowned as the winner of the 2007 the Supermodel of the World pageant. The Supermodel of the World contest is one of the best platforms to start a rocking career in international modeling.

History of Supermodel of the World:


Supermodel of the World beauty pageant was founded by Eileen Ford in the year 1980. The aim of the beauty contest is to look for pre-eminent female model in more than 50 countries, in order to find fashion's newest faces year after year. This is a great platform for young women who aspire to be supermodels and represent their nation.

Prize for the Winner of Supermodel of the World:


The winner of the Supermodel of the World contest is entitled to receive a cash prize of $250,000 and a modeling contract with Ford Models. The first and second runners up for the Supermodel of the World pageant receive contracts of $150,000 and $100,000 respectively.
