Natural Exfoliater – Remember that sea salt removes dry, flaky, dead skin. First wet the face or any part of the body and apply a couple of tablespoons of sea salt, and massage gently with the help of a wet wash cloth. Apply on the T-zone and the cheeks, but always avoid the area around the eye. After a minute or two, rinse off with cold water for tightening the pores.

Face mask for dry skin



Take 1 tablespoon of olive oil and let it mix with 2 tablespoon of fresh cream. This should be left on the face for about 10 minutes and then washed off with lukewarm water.

1 tablespoon of honey should be mixed with 15 drops of orange juice and 1 tablespoon of fuller’s earth. To that, add 1 tablespoon of rose water. Mix it well and apply on the face. Wash off after keeping it for 10 minutes.

1 tbsp of honey with 1 egg white is a good mixture to be applied on the face and the neck. After 10 minutes, wash it off.

2 tbsp of papaya pulp along with 10 drops of lemon juice should be mixed well and left for about 20 minutes.

Fresh fruit juice of any of the fruits (orange, sweet lime, watermelon or papaya) can be applied on the face as a mask. Besides being quite relaxing, it acts as a cleanser, closes the pores and also stimulates blood circulation.

Beautiful Feet – Take 1 cup of Lemon Juice, Cinnamon (for fragrance), 2 tablespoons (or even less) olive oil, 1/4 cup of milk and water. Make a wash with these elements and let the skin feel refreshed. After making it, you can put it in a tub where you could soak the feet or the body. After this wash off with a mild soap and water.

White Nails – To whiten your nails, try the following:

1.The common whitening toothpaste can be used.
2.Soak your nails in water having lemon juice or lemon slices. Lemon will act as an astringent and strip away any stains.
