The Aphrodite apple face mask is quite easy to prepare and consists of ingredients most of us commonly use in our kitchens:

Ingredients of Aphrodite Apple Face Mask:

  • 1 tbsp applesauce (puree an apple if applesauce is not readily available)
  • 1 tbsp wheat germ

  • Mix the wheat germ with the apple sauce or pureed apple to make a smooth paste. Your face pack is ready.
  • Before applying, wash and scrub your face.
  • Steam your face to clean out your pores.
  • Then apply the Aphrodite Apple Face Mask on your face leaving out the areas around your eyes.
  • Allow the pack to dry.
  • Wash off with water.
Apple is rich in Vitamins A, B and C. It also contains malic acid which helps your skin to absorb these vitamins. Besides nourishing your skin, apple also helps in lightening your skin color.

Wheat germ is a very good exfoliating agent and gently scrubs off the dead cells of your skin.
