Mix well shortening & drink mix together in a microwave safe bowl till they smoothen out! Put in a microwave on high for about 30 seconds till the mix becomes a liquid! Then pour into a clean film container or any other small airtight container! Place the mix in the fridge for about 20-30 minutes or till it firms up!

Probably dark circles is the most common ailment that we all wear. This is more so for working moms! Here are some tips to get rid of these zombie-like effects under our eyes! Wrap a grated raw potato in cheesecloth and apply to the eyelids for 15-20 minutes. Wipe off the residue and apply an eye cream.
Carrot Facial Mask
Ingredients Needed:
- 2-3 large carrots
- 4 1/2 tablespoons honey
Directions:
Cook the carrots and then mash. Mix it with honey and then apply gently on the skin. After waiting for 10 minutes, rinse off with cool water.
Glowing Facial Mask
For a radiant skin, all you need is:
- 1 tbsp fuller's earth
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp mashed papaya
Mix all the components and apply on the face and then rinse it off.
Honey Facial Mask
Honey is the best and simple facial mask one can use. Place a cloth in warm water and apply to your face to let the pores open out. Smear on honey and leave it for 15 to 30 minutes. Then rinse it off with warm water. Use cold water afterwards to close the pores. For best results, use once a week.
Orange Yogurt Mask
Ingredients required:
- 1 tsp plain yogurt
- the juice of 1/4 of an orange
Stir the two to make a mix and then dip fingers into the mixture and apply smoothly on the face. It shall give you a cool and relaxing sensation. Allowing to be there for five minutes, rinse it off. One who is having a sluggish feeling, this one is the apt mask for you. The dual benefits are that yogurt cleanses and nourishes the skin and the orange is full of Vitamin C and AHA's.
Beautiful Feet
Everyone would want to have a smooth skin and a beautiful feet. Take 1 cup of lemon juice, cinnamon (for smell), 2 tablespoons (might be less too) olive oil, 1/4 cup of milk and water. Make a mixture that leaves the skin refreshed and fragrant. After its made, put it in a tub were you can soak your feet or body. The next step towards it is to dry your feet or rinse them with water and a mild soap.
White Nails
To have a whitening effect on the nails - try the following:
- Use a common whitening toothpaste. Try scrubbing your nails with Pearl Drops and it will take away the stains and shine up your nails.
- Soak your nails in water with lemon juice or lemon slices. The lemon acts as an astringent and will strip away stains.
